What we shoot, in detail

Four services, with airspace and image rights settled before the camera comes out.

Program 01 · Walkable, and accurate

360 virtual tours

A tour's whole value is that a viewer trusts it, which is why we do not remove or disguise features that a photograph would conventionally hide. If a room is small, the tour shows a small room. Virtual staging, where used, is labelled as virtual staging. A tour that flatters a property into something it is not simply moves the disappointment to the viewing.

Step 4 · Licence

Scope, term and media stated.

Program 02 · No structural edits

Photography

We light and compose properly and we edit for colour and exposure. What we do not do is remove defects, delete a pylon, replace a view or composite a sky and present it as the actual outlook. Those edits misrepresent a property, can breach listing rules, and are the kind of thing that surfaces at a viewing or in a complaint.

Program 03 · Certificated or not at all

Aerial imagery

We fly under a Part 107 remote pilot certificate with registered aircraft and Remote ID, and in controlled airspace we obtain authorization before the flight. If authorization has not come through, we do not fly — the schedule does not override it. Hiring an uncertificated operator puts the person commissioning the work at risk too, which is rarely mentioned.

Program 04 · Rights, scope and term

Video production

Video gets reused far more widely than stills, so the licence matters more. We state the scope, term, territory and permitted media up front, including whether a portal, franchisor or third party may use it. A client who assumes a one-off fee bought unlimited rights and then supplies footage to a franchise network has a problem we would rather prevent.
